Always hungry for success, Nic was given the role of Sales Operation Director for Glow-worm in February 2001. The hard work continued to pay dividends and Nic went on to become the Logistics Manager and then the Steering and Performance Director of Vaillant. He proved his commitment to the production and distribution of outstanding replacement boiler parts. The Vaillant range was expanded and customers throughout the United Kingdom invested in the advanced heating systems. Nic implemented a variety of effective strategies and established exceptional levels of customer satisfaction. The Vaillant group continued to go from strength to strength and Nic was promoted to the role of Regional Spares Centre Director in 2010.

 

Balancing Professional Commitments

 

Nic has demonstrated the ability to multi-task while working in positions of high responsibility and authority for the Vaillant group. He has worked in combination with his partner in the successful establishment of a pet boarding business. Classy cats in the Cheshire area have enjoyed luxury accommodation at the top notch cattery. Turnover for the business has exceeded £70,000. However, Nic has maintained his ongoing commitment to raising standards at Vaillant. He has worked in partnership with other established team members and ensured spare part availability of 97% across various group locations. Positive changes have been implemented seamlessly in accordance with new innovations in the heating industry.

Nic is currently involved in the European promotion and distribution of exceptional Vaillant parts.
