• Its clear you drive down the cost you want to pay for boilers from manufacturers expect back door deals in order to promote products and at the same time expect Ritz style service its time to change your game plan be more honest transparent and think of the industry not just your balance sheet  you cant have your cake and eat it.
• On a foot note  just like to say David Willet of Baxi  and Nic Cunliffe of Vaillant  are doing a great job in spreading the message on the benefits  of genuine spares.
